Full disclosure - I did not rent a car from the company. So why do I recommend it? Because when I contacted AIC, due to their high rating, they did not have a car available according to my needs, but the person I corresponded with took all the details from me and made sure I received a response from another company they work with in cooperation. When I gently asked if the other company also have a high rating, I was answered: "If it wasn't reliable, we wouldn't recommend it" and indeed it was - I received an excellent car and excellent service, at a good price. I really appreciate and thank AIC for the help and am sure that those who contact them will receive a service no less good than the one I received.

We recently rented a Skoda Fabia at IAC for 12 days, and overall, the experience was excellent. The booking process through WhatsApp with Daniel was straightforward and friendly, allowing me to select the vehicle that best suited my needs.The pick-up in Bucharest was efficient. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and fuel-efficient, which made for a comfortable driving experience throughout our trip. We arrange to return the car at Otopeni Airport which was a plus for us. We appreciated the quick inspection and prompt return process, which got us on our way without any hassle. I recommend anyone to rent from this company and I would definitely rent again from them. It was a great deal for their excellent service and reliable vehicle.

Good service, friendly staff, excellent communication. We rented a Ford Kuga - a car in perfect condition, surprised economical and with good dynamics. Absolutely recommend AIC company and we will use their services ourselves when we return to Romania. Thanks for a great trip!

Car renting went super good. They were really flexible and also messaged and answered messaged quickly if needed. Car was clean and contract was good. When renting the car we looked together with Daniel the car and I videoed that as suggested. When the renting ended it was quick and easy. I totally recommend this place. No scam or hassle at all
