Choose the payment method that suits your rental. You can use cash, a bank card, or a payment order, as well as the option to pay in installments through Star BT, under the program's conditions.
Accepted payment methods
Payment for the rental is made at the beginning of the rental period. You can choose one of the following methods:
Cash
Pay the rental amount in cash.
Bank card
We accept cards from the networks shown below.
Payment order
You can also make the payment by bank transfer, at the beginning of the rental.

Cards issued under the Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Cirrus and American Express brands are accepted.

Exchange rate – Banca Transilvania
Prices are expressed in euros and are paid in lei, at the NBR exchange rate on the invoicing date, with the applicable margin compared to the European Central Bank, according to the conditions communicated for the rental.

For the exchange rate used for currency exchange, select "For cards" in the menu displayed on the Banca Transilvania website. The exchange rate is dynamic and may be subject to minor changes. Check the applicable rate before payment.
An installment payment option
Payment in 3 installments with Star BT
You can pay the car rental price in 3 installments with 0% interest, using a Star BT card issued by Banca Transilvania, under the terms of the applicable program.

Payment of the rental in 3 installments, in accordance with Star BT terms.
Loyalty points offered: 3%, in accordance with the applicable terms.

Things to know before payment
The security deposit cannot be paid in installments. The Star BT option refers to the rental price and is subject to the program terms. Before making the payment, confirm the available method and the final amount for your booking.
