When should you use this form?
Use this form only after an offer has been sent to you and you have been asked for the documents required to conclude the rental agreement. These are:
- Identity card or passport.
- Driving licence — front and back.
- International driving permit — you can check here the list of countries that have signed the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic, for which it is not required.
